What type of surfaces do you treat or coat?

All wood surfaces, drywall, plaster, stucco, metal, vinyl, masonry, concrete, different roof systems.  The only conditions are:

1. Structural integrity of substrate - assessed during estimation process;

2. Necessary prep for proper surface conditions - always included in the work scope.

What kind of paints/products do you use?

Wood Stain Solutions is proudly partnered with many, but unaffiliated with any paint, stain or coating manufacturers.  Independent and tailored solutions, including color matches, allows clients to access full range of choices for prioritizing their own needs and wishes on the journey toward their goals.

How do estimates and pricing work?

Estimates: All estimates are provided in writing only after a site inspection or approved final plans are provided and reviewed. Detailed work description and pricing breakdown always included.

New Construction, Residential: Standard painting projects (interior plus exterior) will range from $5-7 per square foot depending on complexity and volume. This covers materials and labor.

Commerical and Repaint: Generally expect 40% increase from residential rates, depending on complexity and volume.

Exterior stain: Privacy fences will come in at $6-8 per linear foot, and decks at $3-5 per square foot.

Remodel and Large-Scale Repair: Estimates tailored to need.

NB: Higher quality products and the need for scaffolding or boom lifts will affect prices.
